The Schools of Political Studies of Tirana and Podgorica joined forces to organize from 25-27 February 2022 a seminar focusing on European integration. Participants had the opportunity to discuss the new integration methodology with Ms. Zorka Kordic, the Montenegrin chief negotiator and Mrs. Megi Fino, Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
They got acquainted with the negotiation experiences of Chapter 23 by the respective leaders of the working groups, Mrs. Adea Pirdeni, Albanian Deputy Minister of Justice and Mr. Bojan Bozovic, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro.
Presentations by Gordana Gjurovic, Pan-European Union in Montenegro; Milena Beshic, Director of the Center for Democracy and Human Rights; Arben Cejku, director of ACGG, Gledis Gjipali, director of EMA and Afrim Krasniqi, Director of ISP, explained the role of other actors in the integration process.
The reconciliation process in the Balkans was discussed with Mr. Albert Hani, Secretary General of the Regional Office for Youth Cooperation (RYCO) and Mrs. Kristina Voko, Executive Director of BIRN, Albania.
The Deputy Mayor of Tirana, Mrs. Anuela Ristani, greeted and expressed her satisfaction that Tirana was the host of this event.
