A short informative documentary on the topic of Urban Mobility in Albania was published by APS. This material is part of the two-year commitment of APS with the support of GIZ ORF-EE, to increase capacity and cooperation of central and local policy makers, business and civil society, aiming at fostering their commitment to urban mobility issues. APS is involved in this multifaceted intervention of GIZ with a focus on parliamentarians, facilitating the missing dialogue between the various political groups.


All this commitment to urban mobility cannot be successful without changing the behavior of citizens. Anyone can bring about the right change by giving up the wrong transportation habits with private vehicles and promoting walking, pedaling or public transportation.


For this purpose, the documentary also contains an awareness part with messages of the MP Eglantina Gjermeni, the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj and the bicycle activist, Ened Mato.
