The Association of Schools of Political Studies, at the initiative of the Moscow School of Civic Education and together with the Robert Bosch Stiftung, held the forum “In Search of Lost Universalism” in Berlin, on 28 and 29 October 2015.
The Forum was held at the Berlin office of the Robert Bosch Stiftung with each of the 21 member Schools present, along with guests from Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Great Britain.
Many discussions in different formats will include the opening addresses by the President of the Association of Schools of Political Studies Catherine Lalumière, German Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier and Founder of the School of Civic Education in Moscow Yuri Senokosov.
Berlin Forum starts from the presumption that there are many cultures – yet only one civilisation founded on human rights, freedom, rule of law and democracy. This civilisation needs to be constantly reinvigorated.
Two alumni were selected to represent the Albanian school at this important event: Ms. Eralda Çani, adviser to the Prime minister on public law and Mr. Ermal Gjinaj, Editor in Chief of “Bota.al”.
