Seven Schools of Political Studies from the
South-East Europe signed on 4th of December 2014 in Sarajevo a new Memorandum of
Understanding with GIZ and Baltic Environmental Forum, Germany (BEF). The
network of organizations committed to the further continuation of intervention
to strengthen the public dialogue on sustainable development of energy in our
region. The executive director of the Academy of Political Studies, Mr. Erjon
Tase signed the agreement during a special ceremony honoured by the
participation of prominent personalities and diplomats in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The new phase of Public Dialogue program
in Albania will focus on strengthening the role of civil society organizations
in the policy making on energy efficiency and renewable energies. Through the
involvement of many stakeholders and decision makers in this process, the
program aims to create the right ground for the implementation of these
legislation and standards.
Since four years, the Academy of
Political Studies, facilitate the dialogue between legislators and
decision-makers at central and local level on a sustainable use of energy in
Albania.
